Novel targets for cancer and connective tissues diseases

Guests are able to book their guestrooms by going to www.coastcoalharbourhotel.com and clicking the Reservations link on the side bar left of the page.  Once the Reservation page is up, all they need do is type the group code "CCC-GFC1241" into the Group Code box.  The CCN Workshop page with the guestroom description and rate will appear and guests will be able to proceed from there.
 
It is important to note that should a guest(s) wish to arrive on an earlier date or depart at a later date (i.e. Sept. 21st arrival/Oct. 1st departure) they will need to contact our Reservations Office.  The Booking Link will only work within dates that guestrooms are actually blocked.  They may also call our hotel directly at 1-604-697-0202 and the front desk agents will be delighted to assist with their reservation requirements.

The prices are :

  • 159 for "comfort room" with two twin beds
  • 179 for "superior king" with a king size bed
  • 199 for "premium room" with 1 king and a parlor
  • 219 for "premium balcony room" with 1 king and parlor

Registration

The fees will be charged based on when you register, according to the following schedule:

  • By March 15/June 15/Aug 15
  • $475/525/600 for members of the ICCNS
  • $625/675/725 for nonmembers
  • $275/325/400 for student members of the ICCNS
  • $425/475/525 for student non members
  • $225 for spouses/partners/guests not attending the conference
  • Industry attendees will be charged $1000 unless the company provides sponshorship in which case, the fees will be $575/625/675

All amounts are in Canadian dollars

There will be two phases to the registration.

First, email Andrew.leask@schulich.uwo.ca using "International Congress on Matricellular Proteins" as the subject indicating that you wish to register

Second, you will receive a PayPal invoice.

Receipt of funds will confirm registration.

Travel

Vancouver international airport (YVR) is easily accessible from any major city.

The hotel is located in Downtown Vancouver on the waterfront, a 10 minute walk from Waterfront station on the Canada line. The ride will take approx. 20 minutes and cost $8.75
